ORDER _
The Direc'or, Office of ;iuclear Reactor Regulation has issueo an order dated July 16,.979.
The order reads as follows:
"On June 25, 1979 this office issued an Order l'.odifying Antitrust License Condition Tio. 3 of Davis-Besse Unit 1, License No. hPF-3 a'4d Perry Units 1 and 2, CPPR-148, CPPR-14st" in the captioned atter.
That Order araended, effective imediately, Antitrust License Condition t;o. 3 contained in the above listed license and construction permits. The arendnent required the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company (CEI) to file a specific transmission tariff with the Federal Energy Regulatory Comission (FERC).
CEI was given twenty days from the receipt of the Crder to request a hearing with respect to all or any part of the areendrient and twenty-five days from the receipt of the Order to file the specific transmission tariff with the FERC.
" Pursuant to 10 CFP.12.204 of the Commissions Rules of Practice IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The tices afforded to CEI to request a hearing and to file the transnission tariff with the FERC are extended for fifteen (15) days respectively fron the receipt of this Order."
