APPENDIX A, liEDS-14507C2, PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN -
MORRIS OPERATION Gentlemen:
In response to G.W. McCorkle's letter of May 4, 1979, a revised safeguards contingency plan is enclosed. (Encl. A). This plan incorporates additional information, as agreed during a meeting on April 25 at your Silver Spring office.
Specific responses and temmentary regarding NRC Staff-requested changes are also enclosed.
(Encl. B). Upon your approval of this revised plan, it will b; issued in a revision of NEDS-14507.
The enclosure to this letter contains information of a tyoe speci-fied in 10CFR2.790(d.). Accordingly, it is deemed to be comnercial or financial information within the reaning of 10CFR9.5 (a)(4) and should be subject to disclosure only in accordance with provisions of 10CFR9.12.
