. Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with KRC requirements in the one area examined during the inspection except for the following six items:

1.

Failure to make measurements of standards twice per week and the required replicates per material balance period.

2.

Failure to make measurements for items of SNM whose integrity has not been maintained by tamper-safing.

3.

Failure to verify seal integrity.

4.

Failure to maintain current tamper-safing, seal usage and disposal procedures.

5.

Failure to maintain control of access to tamper-safing devices.

6.

Failure te maintain records supporting seal disposal.
