Dear Mr. McCorkle:
We have received your letter of June 27, 1979 ad-vising us that the UNC RS Safeguards Contingency Plan is acceptable.
At present we are making the transition from one guard force to another.
The changeover is expected to take place on or about July 27, 1979.
Because of these circumstances, it is requested that an extension be granted for implementation of the Safeguards Contingency Plan until August 27, 1979.
