U.S. Nuclear, Inc.
Dear Mr. Crow:
Thank you very much for your letter of June 7 Dr. Weaver tells me that the volume of the papers under discussion amounts to about one file cabinet. Arranging to make duplicates of all of these pages would be somewhat of an undertaking.
Would it be possible and practical for you to turn them over to us for further storage when the statutory requirements for storage terminate?
e As a practical matter, would it be easier if they were sent directly to us by US Nuclear if the termination of their corporate entity is getting close to the s ta tutory retention termination da te, thus saving one transfer?
While it is quite possible that we would have little interest in some of the re-cords, it would be easier to sort them out here than in Tennessee or i n Wa s h i ng-ton.
Your further advice aill be welcome.
Very truly yours, l'. <
