As a result of a recent review, it has been determined that License Condition 10.3.1 dealing with requirements for auditing the GAC Transportation Security Program have been rendered obsolete by 10 CFR 70.20a and should therefore be deleted.
Accordingly, we are hereby revising Section 10 of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment, MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-696 by rescinding License Condition 10.3.1, effective inr.ediately.
