Article II - Period of Performance, is revised to read as follows:
" Article II - Period of Performance The period of performance under this contract is from June 4,1979 through October 31, 1980."

Article III - Consideration And Payments, is revised to read as follows:
" Article III - Consideration and Payments In full consideration of the Contractor's presentation of the General Course of Instruction in Concrete Technology And Codes, June 4, 1979 through June 15, 1979, NRC shall pay the Contractor the sum of $26,561.00 in accordance with Article 7, of the General Provisions, entitled " Payments."
C.
Article V - Key Personnel, is revised to incitde the addition of the names of the following individuals:
Roger Wilson Albert Isberner Sam Bhuyan W. James Nowlen Joseph Littlefair D.
Article VI - Technical Direction And Authorized Representative, is revised to include the addition of the name of tne following individual:
"Edwin F. Fox, Jr., of the NRC's Office of Inspection and Enforcement is the Authorized Technical Representative under this contract.
E.
A new Article VIII is adde' as follows:
" Article VIII Opf!. of Additional Courses This contract aas an option for the presentation of additional courses in gtseral and refresher courses in Concrete Technology and Codes as described in Article I - Statement of Work.
The consideration to be provided the Contractor for performance of the work set forth in this option shall be in accordance with Contractor's proposal dated May 17, 1979, as follows:
A.
First Refresher Course - $13,152.00 B.
Second General Course
- $27,868.00 C.
Second Refresher Course - $ 8,965.00

Contract NRC-05-79-261 F' age 3 of 3 This option shall be exercised by the Contracting Officer who will provide notice of same to the Contractor in writing sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled date for presentation of the course.
It is expressly understood and agreed by the parties hereto that regardless of custom and usage in administration of this contract, only the Contracting Officer may give notice exercising the option as prescribed by this Article."
