This is in reply to your letter dated July 6,1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all documents in the possession of the Commission bearing upon or relating to the delay in construction and completion of the La Salle Nuclear Power Station Units 1 and 2, Docket Nos. 50-373 and 50-374, and the planned and/or prospective conduct to be undertaken by Commonwealth Edison Company during this period of time.
The documents listed in Appendix A have beer identified as being subject to your request. A copy of each listed document is enclosed.
