Gentlemen:
In accordance with the agreement set forth in Reference 1, please find enclosed forty (40) copies of the Startup Report LAC-TR-070, "LACBWR Fuel Cycle 6 Startup Test Program Results".
Two (2) additional copies have been sent to the Regional Director, USNRC, Region III.
The scope of this test program and contents of the report were out-lined in References 1 and 2.
