Dear Jim:
Attached is a table showing the number of technical graduates in the Tech Staffs at our various stations, and the average yr=rs of service for those people.
This is information we have been following since 1975, when we began +.o add significant numbers of people to meet increasing regulatory requirement,
as well as preparing to staff LaSalle, Braidwood, and Byron Stations.
Considering the signifie: ant increase in graduates assigned to the station and considering the number of people from the stations that have been added to the Engineering Department, once again to meet increasing regulatory requirements and workload, I believe our efforts have paid off.
Since our technical graduate manning is virtually cceplete, we should make significant progress in experience over the next several years.
If you have any questions on the information, please give me a call.
Sincerely, N
Byro Lee, Jr.
