T'1I-l RESTART ACTI0 tis We have been requested to provide you with any reconnended actions we believe necessary for TMI-l restart.
Considering the limited time we have been given to respond to this request, we have only one corrent in the area of the containment systens. The containment isolation capability is one of the bulletin itens.
However, we recontend that the containnent purge issue (i.e., justification for containnent nurging during nomal operation) be resolved prior to operation.
The licensee has responded to our generic letter and his response should be evaluated and resolved prior to operation.
