SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - PENN VENTILATOR QA PROGRAM -
NCR QE3 79-2 The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector M. Thomas on June 18, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Our first interim report, submitted July 16, 1979, inadvertently gava an incorrect date for submittal of our next report. We expect to submit the next report on NCR QEB 79-2 no later than September 14, 1979. This ccrrection was discussed in a telephone conversation with M. J. Gouge on August 7, 1979.
