DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 USE OF MODEL NO LL-50-100 CASK POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 Your letter of June 1,1979, notified us that the Certificate of Compliance No. 6601 for the Model No. LL-50-100 cask will expire on August 31, 1979.
It is our desire that when the Certificate of Compliance is renewed, we be continued as a user of the Model LL-50-lC0 cask.
We understand that Chem-fluclear Systems, Inc., will be submitting a consolidated application for renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 6601.
The package identification number of the Model LL-50-100 cask is USA /660llB().
Chem-Nuclear Systems has.NRC Byproduct Materials License 46-13536-01.
The operating licenses for the two units at Point Beach tfuclear Plant are DPR-24 and DPR-27.
In compliance with 10 CFR 71.12, a copy of the present Certificate of Compliance for the Model LL-50-100 cask, including amendments and letters pertaining thereto, is available at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
