This letter is in regard to your transportation security plan, Transnuclear, Inc., Security Plan for Shipments of Strategic Nuclear Material, Revision 10, dated December 15, 1977, and your transportation contingency plan, Transnuclear, Inc., Safeguards Contingency Plan for Transportation and Transfer Points, cated June 1, 1979.
We have determined that these plans meet the requirements of 10 CFR Parts 70.20a and 110.50 and accordingly are approved.
Since these plans contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR
