RE00EST FOR ACTION UNDER 10 CFR 2.206 Notice is hereby given that by petitions dated April 6, and May 16, 1979 Dr. Lhauncey Kepford, on behalf of the Environmental Coalition on Nuclear Power requested that the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation institute public hearings on the accident at Three Mile Island, Unit No. 2, and grant other relief. These petitions are being treated as a request for. cion under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's regulations, and accordingly, acticn will be taken on the petition within a reasonable time.
Copies of the petitions are available for inspection in the Commission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N.
W., Washington, D. C.
