Enclosed for your infomation is (1) a copy of a letter from Ms. Jean Deluljak to Chairman Hendrie dated June 8,1979 (without enclosures), and (2) a copy of the July 6,1979 response from Mr. Denwood F. Ross to Ms. Deluljak's letter relating to the operation of the Davis-Besse Unit 1 facility. As you can see from the correspondence, the Staff does not regard Ms. Deluljak's letter as a request for a hearing pursuant to the Comission's May 16, 1979 Order.
