Dear Professor Mathews:
This is in response to your letter dated t'ay 31, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the license file for Texas Instruments and Timex Corporation.
In response to your request a copy of the entire license files is enclosed.
In a previous telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff, you agreed to bear the cost of reproduction.
The charge for reproduction is ten cents ($0.10) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 1,149 pages is $114.90. The cost of reproducing the blueprints is $38.70.
Please send a check in the amount of $153.60 along with a copy of this letter to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room f"lBB-4210, iluclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555.
