DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY This memorandum delegates to you the authority to sign for NRC the Memorandum of Understandir g with the Department of Energy to establish arrangements for review and comment by the Comission with respect to the West Valley Demonstration Project.
Since your Office is most directly invsived in establishing arrangements for the specified NRC oversight role and has been responsible for reaching these agreements with DOE, I believe it would be appropriate for me to delegate this authority to you.
