- Hello, The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requests a geographic area report for a proposed project in Andrews County, Texas. The proposed project site is in the Eunice NE USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle. The proposed project is located on the New Mexico border on the property owned by Waste Control Specialists, and will consist of the development of an approximate 320-ac spent nuclear fuel storage facility.
