This letter is an addendum to cur letter of July 13, 1979 which requested irradiated reactor fuel *zanspcrt route approval in accordance with 10 CFR 73.37.
Arrangements haw been r.ude with Portsrcu-h Police Depth.t for an escort censisting of two armd off-duty policcren in one umarked escort vehicle to escort e*zery shipment of irrad-iated reactor fuel from Ports::cuth Marine Tenninal, Portsrcuth, Virginia to three miles into Suffolk Cc=ty, Virginia.
