NRC STAFF'S SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST FCR PRCOUCTION OF DOCUMENTS JOINTLY PROPOSED TO HCUSTON LIGHTING AND POWER CCMPAfiY AND TEXAS UTILITIES GENERATING COMPANY Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. Sections 2.740 and 2.741, and speci fically in light of the Order of the presiding Atomic Safety and Licensing Scard dated June 25, 1979 cencerning communications to and from designated expert witnesses, which order reflects the oral determination made by said Board on June 1,1979, the NRC Staff hereby propounds the following document request to both Houston Lighting & Power Company ("HL&P"), and to Texas Utilities Generating Ccepany, Texas Pcwer and Light Ccmpany, and Texas Electric Service Company (hereinafter "TU"). Document production is required within thirty days, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
S 2.741 (d).
Due to the scheduled deposition of Mr. Scarth on August 30, 1979, document production by TU is requested in twenty-cne days.
