Docket No. 50-344 (Control Building)

Gentlemen:

On June 11, 1979, the Licensee in the referenced proceeding filed a motion for an order compelling Eugene Rosolie and the Coalition for Safe Power (Intervenor) to respond fully to the Licensce's second set of interrogatories dated May 8, 1979. That motion was directed to Intervenor's interrogatory responses of May 30, 1979 which the Licensee considered to be wholly inade-quate. Since the motion involves discovery between the Licensee and Intervenor, the Staff takes no position on the matter and does not intend to file any further response with regard to the motion.

Sincerely, Y
