Dear Mr. Reager:
This is in response to your letter dated June 8,1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of flRC inspection reports (3/1 - 4/15/77 and 1/1 - 4/30/78), flRC bulletins, and other documents relating to anchor bolt problems and alleged tritium leakage at the Itatch I & II plants in Baxley, Georgia.
Three documents regarding an alleged tritium leakage, an Accession List for llatch I and II, and a June 29, 1979 LER output on liatch I and II f rom 1969 to the present are enclosed.
All other documents subject to your request are already publicly available and may be obtained by writing directly to the fiRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 11 Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.
Specifically, I refer you to Bulletins 79-02, 3/8/79 and 79-02, Rev. 1, 6/21/79 in the PDR
" Bulletin File," inspection reports t'os. 50-336/78-18, 50-336/79-08, 50-336/79-18, 50-336/79-19, and 50-321/79-15 in the FOR " Inspection File",
and documents in the " Licensee Event Report (LER) File." The purpose of the PDR is to provide access to publicly available agency records to the general public.
