Inspections of Hatch I & II Plants in Baxley, Georgia
Dear tir. Felton:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C.
552 (a)),
I hereby make request for certain information relating to the Hatch I and II plants owned by Georgia Power Company, as follows:
1.
Copies of IJRC inspection reports for the period Ilarch 1, 1977 through April 15, 1977.
2.
Copies of NRC inspection reports for the period January 1, 1978 through April 30, 1978.
3.
Copies of correspondence, agreements, se t tlemen t mer, ora nda,
noncompliance citations or other documents relating to an anchor bolt problem.
4.
Copies of NRC bulletins issued which mention the anchor bolt problem.
5.
Copy of NRC bulletin directing shutdown of the plant.
6.
Copy of the reasons set forth by NRC for the shutdov;n order.
7.
Copies of any reports relating to alleged tritium leakage.
We, of course, agree to forward payment for all copying costs apon receipt.
