The shipping activities authorized by this approval are:

maintenance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e.,
design, f abrication, essembly, testing and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining cet ifications from package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an I:RC-approved QA progran.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR 671.51.
