This refers to your article which appeared in the Columbia Daily Tribune on April 22, 1979. A copy of this article was furnished to Mr. William A. Ili.nsen of this office during an inspection at the Callaway site on April 26, 1979.
Mr. Hansen was also furnished a copy of a letter, dated April 25, 1979, to you from Mr. John K. Bryan, Vice President, Union Electric Company, regarding your aritcle.
Since receiving these items we have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact you by telephone regarding the statement in your article that you "have seen more evidence of faulty construction practices" at the Callaway site.
