Closkey, the Mmicipal Manager of the District of Surrey, British Columbia concerni:y; his request for a li=ited appearance at the Skagit nearin;; to be held in Seattle, Washington on July 17th. On July lith, at aaproxi-cately 1:45 p.m.
Mr. Closkey's secretary called to inform en thar Mr. Bob Jacobs would rake the limited appearance for the District of Surrey.
On July lith, at approxirately 1:30 p.m., I talked with Mrs. Gina Hartley of the Const=er's Association of Canada concerning her organica-tion's request for a limited appearance at the Skagit hearing. & s. Hartley irforced un that they would choose a spokesman wno would =ake the acpearance and asked for erf phone number should she need to talk with ne again.
On July 12th, at approxirately 1:15 p.m., I talked with Mr. J. L.
