Dear Mr. Reid:
In our letter of April 26, 1979 we committed to provide details of a proposed reactor vessel cavity seal place storage design for your review and approval.
Since that time, our schedule for the next refueling outage has slipped by approximately two months due to the two month outage we incurred during May and June as a result of the TMI 2 incident.
We, therefore, propose an additional twc month delay in submitting the details of the seal.olate storage design. By September 30, 1979 the District should possess esign parameters in enough detail for a meaningful review.
