Dear Mr. Heaver:
This is in icsponse to your letter of July 6,1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the freedom of Information Act, a copy of the ilRC-Mashington contract I;RC-03-79-126, " Evaluation of Material Interactions for Advanced Reactor Systems", a copy of the winning contractor's proposal and the source evaluation board report that were the basis for the contract n:ard.
Enclosed, please find a copy of the contract, the winning contractor's technical proposal, Information Report-Pending Contract Matters Report No. 99, a Technical Evaluation of Aerospace Corporation Propural, RS-NRR-79-126, and ' Supporting Information "(Organizational charts), as you have requested.
As you have agreed in your letter, the scope of your request has been limited to non-proprietary information.
For your information, the deleted confidential business information consists of article III of the contract, the business proposal, pages 8, 9, and 10 of the technical proposal and " Supporting Information" (consisting of balance sheets) submitted by the winning contractor in support of its technical proposal.
