Dear Mr. Felton:
g g /g y-g-] f On April 27, 1978 the Critical Mass Enordy Project requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a listing of all out-of-town trlps conducted by each sitting Cc:caissioner for official businoss.
In a subacquent letter, we also requested that the listing also includo out-of-toxn trips taken by each NHC Co:rclissioner staff member.
A tabulation of the costs charged to the United States Government for each visit, in-cluding an explanation of the businena conducted and a duration of the trips.
Af ter a lengthy delay, your offico fully complied with this request throudh Juno 1, 1978 and also notified this office that cuch infcmation..ould be routinely complied by each Comm! asioner fo,e such future trips.
A portion of this infornation has been pinced in the Commissioner's rending filos, but much data is still c,amitted from the current listings.
Wo thereforo request that the NRC furnish, pursuant to the Freedom of Infonnation Act S USC SS2, a listing of out-of-town trips taken by each active NRC Comiscience from May 30, 1978 to January 1,,
1979.
Included in this request is the samo cost and duration data that was provided to CMEP in the previous responsey nnd data on staff visi Inasmuch as this matorial is now being routinely accembled by each Conunissioner's staff, we aould expect a full and completo reply within the ten business days stipulated by -the Act.
