This is in response to your letter oT April 16, 1979 reporting changes made to the Physical Security Plan - Morris Operation.
We have reviewed these changes and determined that the modifications do not reduce the effectiveness of the physical protection plan and are, therefore, acceptable.

We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of April 16, 1979 contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial infomation within the meaning cf 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall t-cubject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.!z.
