Dear Mr. Chairman:
In accordance with the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended the fluclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) hereby schmits its quarterly report to the Congress on the number of full-time permanent employees hired and promoted between January 1 through March 31, 1979.
During that period, the fiRC did not make any changes to the procedures followed in preparing job descriptions, informing potential applicants, and selections at grade GS-ll and above.
And, there are no significant actions to report on the steps taken during the quarter to promote the fiRC EE0 program.
