In order to be in compliance with the requirements of Title 10 CFR, Part 71, Sec tion 71.12, Ba ttelle's Columbus Laboratories (BCL), 505 Kini, Avenue, Colembus, Ohio 43201, request that it be registered as a user of the USA /5908/B( )F package for the shipments of UO2 with an isotopic content in the range of 97 w/o U-235.
These shipments are in conjunction with a DOE R&D program currentlf underway at BCL.
Your earliest response to this request would be appreciated as we anticipate our first shipment about mid June, 1973.
