Dear Mr. MacDonald:
In response to your request in reference (3) for additional information describing the Hittman Nuclear & Development Corporation (HNDC)
Quality Assurance Program (Procedure HNDC-Q-001, Revision 4), I am hereby requesting an extension of the resubmittal period until July 6,1979.
The HNDC Quality Assurance Program is currently being revised to address in greater detail the acceptance criteria described in the attachment to your letter for meeting the Quality Assurance Program requirements of 10 CFR Paragraph 71.51. A revisica has been drafted and is presently undergoing internal review. Barring any unforeseen delays, revision and resubmittal of the Quality Assurance Prcgram description should be completed well before the reque.eted deadline.
