raulkeaberry Irem m; ion V on July 20, 1979, determined that six piping supports were not considered to meet the safety tactors required in I.F. Sulletin 79-02.
The agreed interpretation that piping hangers which did not have a safety factor greater than 1.8 are considered inoperable made Decay heat System A and B less conservative than the least conservative aspect of the limiting condition for operation established in the Technical Specificationa.
Section 3.3.2 of the Technical Specification requirements for hot shutdown vere initiated on July 20, 1979, vad the systems modified an agreed in your letter of that day.
