$3,845,000.00. The amount presently available for payment and allotted to this contract is hereby increased by $3,845,000.00 frca $5,470,000.00 to $9,315,000.00 chargeable to the appropriation data cited in' Block 10 above.

l(a) Under SECTION 2 - Special Provisions, ARTICLE III, Paragraph B. is modified by deleting tne figure "$5,470,000.00" and substituting the figure "$9,315,000.00" in lieu thereof and

! deleting the date " July 1,1979" and substit ' ting the date " January 31,19E0."
