The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, mainten-ance, repair, and use.
All other shipping activities (i.e., design, f abrication, assembly, testing, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-cotions f rom package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an f.2C-approved Q\\ progren.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the reqtiirements of 10 CFR 57i.51.
