On May 14, 1979, UNC Resources, Fuel Recovery Systems received notification from your of fice that the Certi-ficate of Compliance No. 4949 for Radioactive Material shipping container Model UNC-1484 expires on May 31, 1979.
In reviewing the requirement for a consolidated applica-tion for renewal, we find that the time it will take to fully comply with all the stated requirements for sub-mission of such an applica tion will significan tly exceed the time availabl betweer. now and May 31, 1979.
For this reason we wish to request an administrative change for a ninety day extension.
This would change our expiration date to September 30, 1979 and allow us adequate time to collect the required data and prepare the schmittal.
