The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to comphance with the Commission's rules and regulations and the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective cuaminations of procedores and repre-sentative records, interviews with personnel. and observations by the inspector. The rindings as a result or thss inspecth>n are as follows; QQ No items of noncompliance or unsafe conditions were found.
4 The following items of noncompliance related to records, signs, and labels were found:
A. Rooms or areas were not propnly posted to indicate the presence of, RADIATION AREA.10CFR 20.203(b)or 34.42 B. Rooms or areas were not properly posted to indicate the presence of a HIGH RADIATION AREA.
