F As-Built In formation Upper right hand corner 6-5/8" dim was 6-1/8" Lower lef t hand corner plate 59-9/16' O.D. was 59-1/2" Lower left hand corner plate 34-15/16" I.D. w is 35" Lower lef t hand corner skirt 59-5/8 - 3/4" dia. was 59-1/2" dia.
Lower left hand corner reinf. block 6 required 0 60" was 12 required 30 Upper lef t hand corner bolt 1" x 8 x 16" Lg. was 1" x 8 x 15" Lg.
Rev. G As-Buil t Informa tion Upper right hand corner bnlt 3/4 - 10 x l-l/4" Lg. with 1/8" Thk washer was 3/4 - 10 x 7/8" Lg.
Middle right hand side 3/8" eye bolt.w/ shank removed (2) required was #2 pad eye 675066 Upper middle of dwg. ney note:
Bevel for trunnion welds required Middle bottom of dwg. now note: 1.
Paint all carbon steel surfaces w/plasite #7155 Wisconsin Protective Coat System, Green Bay, Wisc., color
