Attached to this letter is a list of Requests for Design Changes (RDCs) associated with the modification program d,cribed in the Report on Design Modifications for the Trojan Control Building (PGE-1020). This item is a modification to a piping support necessary to qualify the piping system for response soectra developed in accordance with PCE-1020, Appendix 3.
The 1. tem on this list sill not individually or collectively with previous modifications reduce the shear capacity of any major shear wall by greater than 1 percent. Nor does the item involve weight addi-tions which may result in an increase of greater than 1 percent of the calculated lateral forces ia any major shear wall.
The Licensee will continue to keep the Board informed of activities at Trojan as described at the March 20, 1979 Prehearing Conference (Tr. 3204-05).
