Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-130, CPPR-131, CPPR-132, and CPPR-133 NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD Edward Luton, Esq., was Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for the above proceeding.
Because he is trans-ferring to anothei-Federal Agency, where he will serve as an Administrative Law Judge, he is unable to continue his service on this Board.
Dr. Franklin C. Daiber, who was a technical member of the Board has resigned from the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel, and is unable to continue his service on this Board.
Accordingly, Marshall E. Miller, Esq., is appointed Chairman of this Board and Dr. Richard F.
Cole is appointed as a technical member of this Board.
