- Scott, Attorney Genera of the State of Illinois, requests that Applicant produce Mr. John C. Bukovski, an employee of the Applicant, at a time and place mutually convenient to counsel, for the purpose of taking his deposition in this proceeding.
Intervenor further requests that Applicant produce at the said deposition any and all documents in Applicant's possession, custody, or control that show:
Applicant's current estimates of tre reserve capacity of the Cormonwealth Edison system for the period 19 79 through 1995, the fixed ccs: o f the zien Nuclear Statien per year, the cost per MWH of operating only one unit at the Zicn Staticn, the cos t per MWH of operating only cne =it at one-half of its capacity at the Zion Station, and the operation and maintenance cost cf the ' ion Station; and user charges charged by Applicant to large industrial and comercial users and to smaller industrial and corscrcial users fcr electricity in its service area.
