This is in reference to your letter dated August 17, 1978 which transmitted a revised Fundamental fluclear liaterial Control Plan.
It is our understanding, after discussions held at iiRC Headquarters April 16 thru 18,1979 with Westinghouse-Columbia personnel, that you now wish to withdraw this plan and to combine the submittal with other material required by 10 CFR 70.Sl(g) and 10 CFR 70.58(1) at a later date.
When the combined plan is ready for flRC review, the transmittal letter should stat 2 that any changes, i.e.,
changes to previously approved submittals, are clearly indicated in some distinctive manner on the individual pages.
It has been established that the attachment to your letter of August 17, 1978 contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d),
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial ir. formation within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance witu the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
