PURPOSE:
This meeting is the third in a series of meetings between the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the U. S. Department of Energy (DOE) on the subject
~ radioactive waste repositories.
At this meeting NRC will present information to the DOE staff and invited COE contractors on the subject of NRC's High-Level Waste Program.
An agenda is provided as an enclosure.
Members of the public are invited to attend as observers.
NRC and COE staff members will be available at the close of the meeting to answer questions from members of the public.
