This refers to my telephone conversations with fir T. J. Collopy of the
.laval Products staff and Mr. R. J. Gregg of the Recovery Systems staff on May 24, 1979. As a result of these discussions, I have arranged for our ata ffs to meet in our Silver Spring offices on June 6,1979, to discuss Sti:1 accounting programs at the two facilities.
The major topic of our meeting will be the accounting program associated with the recovery of flaval Products material at the Recoverj Systems
- aCility.
During our meeting on June 6, it would be beneficial if your representatives would summarize the following matters:
- A description of "e current accounting progra.. for SNM transfers between the two facilities.
- An analysis of the contributors to differences in measured values for Sil!! transactions between the two facilities (shipper-receiver di f ferences).
- Actions taken or planned by management to identify and eliminate sources of shipper-receiver differences.
