appropriate source, by-product and spec ial nuclear naterial licenses for the Project.

The Project will be used to supply electric energy to meet the needs of Paget's custoners and the custoners of the other owners of the Project, as well as the reeds of the Pacific IJor th we s t regian generally.

Each owner of a percentage of the Project will o.en and control a like percentage of the electric output of the project.

Puget, Pacific Power & Light Company, The Washington Water Power Conpany, and Portland General Electric Company have entered into a prelininary agreenent, dated January 23, 39%, under which they will share the ownership of the Project on a joint-ownership basis as tenants in connon, with the undivided ownership share of each b2ing as follows:

The antitrust review of that application has been completed and the results of this revieu were not forth in a letter of advice f rom the Attorney General of the United States to the Connission dated Septenber 26, 2974. 1.
