PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN - MORRIS OPERATION NEDS-14507C, SEPTEM3ER 1978; FACILITY MODIFICATIONS Gentlemen:
In compliance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70; Section 70.32(e), you are hereby notified of facility modifications performed at Morris Operation by General Electric.
Ten copies (10) of revised pages for the subject plan which describe the nodifications are enclosed.
Tnese modifications change some details of the subject plan but do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and therefore were not submitted for approval.
The subject security plan and revision have been determined to contain information of a type specifigd in 10CFR2.790(d).
Accordingly, they are deemed to Le commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10CFR9.5(a)(4) and shall be suoject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisior.s of 10CFR9.12.
For similar reasons we request that the enclosure to this letter be withheld frcn public disclosure.
