Dear Mr. Flack:
This is in response to your letter dated June 1,1979 in which you requestad, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of all documents relating to the Environmental Impact Stattments for the Alvin V. Vogtle Nuclear Plants 1, 2, 3, and 4, and the projects covered by the environmental statement.
In response to your request, the documents listed on the Appendix are subiect to your request.
With the exception of items 5a and 5b, we have determined that all of the information requested is available at the Commission's Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 li Street, N.W., Washington, DC, and at the Conunission's Local Public Document Room, (LPDR), located at the Burke County Library, 4th Street, Waynesboro, Georgia.
Items 5a and Sb are being placed in the PDR and the LPDR.
This completes action on your request.
