Dear Mr. Wilcox:
This is to confirm the request made to your ropresentative at the FDAA Operations Center to transport a radioactive sample to Idaho Falls, Idaho by air.
The sample will be in a 55 gallon drum and will weigh no more than 300 pounds.
The sample will be transported to !!arrisburg International Airport by the utility at 2400 April 13, 1979.
The sample will be picked up at Idaho Falls, Idaho by Allied Chcmical Corporation.
